Unorganized organization
Refrigeration Technician (Former Employee) - Etobicoke, ON - 13 July 2014
No neatness at workplace, No drinking water for workforce, Dirty Toilets,
No Safety equipments, No proper tools, Poor maintenance of a Company's vehicle any time can happen major accident.
No health benefits to staff,
No quality Products as don't have qualified Staff Special in Refrigeration & No care about ODP bylaws.
I think as of today they are, no one Refrigeration License holder staff, I am surprised how this organization is run without a license.

Nothing, not even a drinking water available for Guest/Staff
Cons
Very few times long hours
