Reduce the forced overtime to atleast a 50/50 ratio. If forced in 1 weekend you should be aloud the next weekend off
1) read carefully Amazon's leadership principles and start working according to them
2) cut salaries and improve hiring process
3) make a regular rotation of the management staff
4) stop sponsoring relocation from other countries
Lower their wage, so they don't think, GM owes them something. When minimum wage people loose their job, we suck it up and move on to the next minimum wage job. We work hard and get less. Some of us make it some give up. Hold your head up, be proud of who you are and what you did, Life is a gamble and we are all unrehearsed.
