The most useful review selected by IndeedGEMTEC hired me without a job opening or even expertise in my field. The first few months involved cross training and experience in the lab, field, with the environmental team and with the geotechnical team. The company gave me the resources and opportunity to update credentials and supported my desire to diversify the company service profile to utilize my expertise. I was offered excellent mentorship, responsibility and flexible work hours. This is the first company I've ever worked for that honoured overtime with salaried employees!!

Worst company to work with

They don't follow CSA and ASTM standards. Worked like crazy. Always laid off in november. Negative atmosphere. all the above

I enjoyed my time working at Gemtec, they are a fair company to work for but I only got hired as a seasonal employee and got layed off in November.
