Great place to work and become well rounded

I am a current employee of GEMTEC and it is a great company to work for. There is a small firm feel between coworkers but the security of a large firm. When I started with GEMTEC 7.5 years ago I had little experience but they were quick to put me into situations to gain experience and provide guidance when needed.
