Fun and exciting place to work. Multiple tradespeople working in one area. Possible apprenticeship as well. Can be sporadic at times as it’s a mod yard and depends on client needs..friendly and supportive co-workers and management.

It somewhat pays the bills

I woke up everyday to a alarm I hate just to drive about a hour to work .skipped morning meetings because I already know the work schedules . Have to do my job while delegating work because people would rather ask me for advice then supervision.

Many people looking to throw others under the bus rather than work as a team. Cliquey and uptight. Highly unorganized. Micro managing and bouncing guys around

Gemini is great place to work and develop multiple skills related to the energy industry. With a strong work ethic and can do attitude it is very easy to climb the ranks from laborer to journeyman to supervisor. No matter what your background is Gemini will give you the tools to succeed.

Great place to work!

People are great to work with. We have lots of laughs but get work done when it’s time to meet our deadlines. Pay is great and have had the opportunity to work some overtime as well. It’s nice to be home every night but still make good money.

management likes to blame

Your blamed a lot in this company for things you have no control over. The pay is ok but the way they pay you isn't very good when you work 70 hours one week and 20 the next weeks and get paid 88 regular and 2 overtime

Low value of employees

Horrible pay, averaging hours (no overtime), low moral, bad planning, unhealthy working conditions (bird/animal droppings and non working ventilation), seasonal contruction workers contract resulting in no notice lay off and no termination pay and no pay raises for long time employees. Do not recommend. Only use as an inbetween shop until you find something worth your time.

Amazing Group of People

What a great place to work. Things have been going very well since Gemini Fabrication started in October of 2018. The fabrication facility is top notch and really strives to encourage everyone to work together to do their best work. I would highly recommend trying to join the team, you won't regret it. My best job ever.
