Easy going, but, stressful..
Due to the pandemic all workers are overstretched.. The employees and management are great to work with. The residents are wonderful, and very understanding of the employee shortage. The gardens has a great benefits package as well.

Don’t care about staff
Management would rather make thousands a month off residents and staff r over worked and way under paid Policies are not followed by any means Many many things wrong with the management
