Call center schedules are extremely unprofessional. They will pick up the phone with a plain hello, and you can hear the misery in their voice, they will never work with you to give you a shift, always tell you to call back and the cycle goes on. Management is also pretty slow in resolving the matters at hand, they will not reply to your email or will take forever to resolve anything, even my site manager has troubles getting anything done with Garda management. I have worked with other companies and this is so far the worst experience.
