I would record where it happened, time it happened, and what was said between both parties. if possible have my phone record conversation.
I would personally confront the individual and let him/her know that It's not tolerable to harass your colleagues.
The situation can be resolve at this level, if not I would contact a union representative.
I will keep trying until the situation is fixed.

- If a security guard is constantly being harassed from a union member who is also working as a security guard and there is no supervisor to help you and you cannot get a response from a higher up, what recourse does this person have? P>S> All info in regards to the harrassement has been kept and recorded for future .
