Have only been here a couple of weeks, but have worked long hours.Gotten advances whenever need. Have only worked 2 to 3 days a week. Could use more consistent work but understanding how the oilfield is, it's still good. Great wages. Lots of internal drama between some employees though makes working with multiple different drivers somewhat of an issue. Trying not to get caught in the middle of their drama. Aside from that great company to work for.

I worked for the company for 5 years. I was fairly compensated and given the flexibility to work as much as I found comfortable. The company provided excellent benefits that covered my hospital stay expenses, as well as life insurance. I would have gladly continued working here if it wasn't for the need to relocate. Horribly runned business, employees get ignored

Not enough work, or management will favor employees, leaving you with little to no work. They will ignore calls or text messages. They do not pay invert bonus. Their equipment is not the greatest, not well maintained. There is absolutely no moving up in the company. No bonuses, no words of appreciation.

Disgusting place to work trucks trailers all of it is no where near road worthy, trailers are old and Disgustingly dirty, people living in trailers in the yard highly illegal, Do not wait your time do jot jeopardize your license for this Man or his company.

The boss is as cheap as they come. I was made to make bad situations tolerable to people on-site that we work for. I constantly asked to take care of concerns not related to my job description. I was never given a raise I didn't have to ask for. When I was told I would receive a raise, it never showed on my pay stubs and had to question head office. My coworkers and I never received any employee recognition or bonuses. Benefits were basically nonexistent.

Came to work with limited driving experience.Was treated fairly and with respect.If you have a strong work ethic, treat everyone as you would want to be treated, don’t bring your family problems or addictions to work,Work in a safe and considerate manner then you should fit into the work culture.If you are trying to do your best, Rolf will treat you well. Go ahead, give them a try! I didn’t regret it!!

Went to work for this company got put in a motel for 4 days didn't do any work and didn't get paid for being there cost me $100 to get there and back home. Plus I spent $600 on work gear just to go to the job.

I worked here many years back when rolph was still heavily involved I’m not sure if he is still involved but it use to be a great place . i worked hard and was treated fair I had no complaints besides I moved on to try different things . If they ever bought a crane or picker I would gladly work for them again

Stay away from these guys.. Will rip you off as best as they can and can’t keep contracts with big oil companies. Work schedule is bonkers and management isn’t really a management... Just do yourself the favour and stay away.
