Day to day you work on assigned tasks and have daily scrums which are divided by feature for speed and relevance.

During my time at Gameloft I was able to learn a wide variety of skills from Gameloft specific APIs to Networking. Teams are often small enough that you will have your hand in everything at some point.

Management is not very good, - more ... typically due to external management micromanaging everything.

Advancement within the company is typically hard and sometimes without a pay raise.

ProsFresh fruit, flex start hours, entertainment room (ping pong, foosball, game consoles), easily accessible by TTC and GO
Conssalary not competitive and quite low, 9 hour work day, food in the area is expensive if you don't bring breakfast/lunch, parking fills up fast after 9am
