9 questions about working at G.B. Catering
Websites with the info provided were not truthful in any way. It says room and board free, it's not. They take over half of the pay to pay for it and pretty much it equals to being paid around $7 per hour. They don't provide transportation as they said to get provisions needed as the tuck shop has next to nothing. The kitchen equipment (walk in fridge) for example is in poor condition, witch is dangerous, as well as most products are frozen. There is no product labeling or dated or rotation...again dangerous. No child or adault for that matter should work there ever and parents should be weary of their children attending these camps

Focus on getting chefs that specialize in catering, even more so, camp catering. Get people whom have had previous work experience.
