Great people to work with
The minimum wage is not enough for the amount of work we have here that's the only problem I have in this company. The benefits are great and this is the friendliest facility I worked with.

A wonderful company to build a career with.
FYidoctors is a strong employer with values that put enhancing life in the forefront with both the patients and staff/ODs. They walk the talk in living a coaching culture which is very unique for a company this size. Their strong business model has recently garnered the 'Top 50 Best Managed Companies' award. They invest in their people and are actively engaged in the staff's personal and professional development. This is an amazing company to partner with for those people looking for more than a job, but a career that will grow and provide numerous opportunities for advancement.

Leave while you can
Management is HORRIBLE. Management has favourites and if you’re not one of them you better run. Don’t kid yourself head office DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU they only care about the money the comes into the office. The “team leads” let their positions get to their heads and they can push you around because their heads are shoved so far up the managers you know what, you’re just a number there and you will never go far unless you’re one of the favourites. I am going to take my experience that I’ve gotten there and use it as a learning curve for future references I will never let anybody treat me the way they did ever again.
