Great place to start in construction!
FWS is all about fit and culture, if you don't fit, you will not do well, it is still a boys club no doubt, even with a female CFO. They have a well established deeply engrained culture mostly lead by men that are resistant to change. Biggest problem is promotions go to their favorite employees/friends and to positions that didn't exist, wages are all over the place. So, if you are quasi smart and fit the good old boys club mentality, you will most likely do well and might even get an undeserving promotion.

Lies and disorganization.
Get hired for a position and rarely get to do your trade. Horrible disorganization on the job sites and obviously in the office. Travel Canada wide with next to no notice.

Good place to work
It is a good place to get started on a career. They offer training and school scholarships for those who want to go to school. The work is hard so don’t expect light duty work as it is industrial construction.

There good to work for when there is work
Worked for 2 months straight then when I went for turn around they laid off the whole crew because the job was finished never got a call back in spring but if you aren't one if the boys I wouldn't expect a call anyways Majority was construction with only commissioning for millwright work
