They make employees on field spy on each other, otherwise don't expect to have any advancement at your job and gradually you will be forced to quit your job, soon or later. Believe it.
Awful environment, Lower level of management and supervisores are positioned on the job because of just being good SNITCHES and framing the guys working on the sites. So cheap, specially The Mobile Security managers are supervisores.So cheap personality types.
No career advancement. It is my experience that they tend to promote staff who used to work for Intercon Security or close friends.

PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE ELITES AND SECURITY GUARDS WORKING OUT OF OFFICE ARE THEIR LABOR OR SLAVE,
All Office personnelles are somehow relatives or friends so there is no chance for improvement if your are not somehow relative or friends,and if there is a job opening in office or administrative level,they bring in from out of company,so,no room for improvement for unknown employees,basically guys in the office treating on filed security officer like slaves,That is the reason that they do hire about 200 security guards every year and non of them are staying for long time,Culture is just humiliating for non relatives,awful place to work,,,,,
