Awful management, no raise for several years, Management is encouraging employees to snitch on each other. Specially the management at Mobil unit is so weak.That is why employees always are leaving and company is always hiring.
They say they pay employees based on experience in security. I have been in security for 15 years and yet I am getting paid $15.25 hr. starting . They claim to be the highest paying company, which is far from the truth. There are companies out there where starting wage is $16 / hr for contract and for inhouse $18 /hr.
I left because I had enough of working with unprofessional co-workers.
Better opportunity or change in career.
Accusing you based on lies and false information to keep you on pressure for more work and never think about raise,
So humiliating environment towards the field Security Guards from people working in the office.Because they are at their office jobs through their reputations and relationships with administration,So they belong to ELITE LEVEL at company.Also few of them are hired because their salaries are so cheap and they are satisfied by having a table showoff,
Even they do not answer to your HI.
