It was a good customer service experience that I gained in this company, however, you should know that is an outsourcing company with multiple campaigns on the same floor. This is the worst part of this company, a supervisor of a different campaign will somehow feel like they have the right to call you out which is not the case, but they will do it - more... anyway. At the beginning, the campaign managers are very interactive but once they see that you outsmart them and that you are only an agent they will get back at you by giving you meaningless side comments, orders and tasks.
