good place to start working specially for new comers
A good place to learn customer services skills. Supports are available. Enjoyed working with colleagues. Most enjoyable part of the job is the feeling of satisfaction from being able to help someone over the phone. Room for growth for those who are committed. However, when project originally assigned to you was finished, management can just put you to another one and you don't get to choose. Maximizes employee by giving another task on top of your current one with very little compensation.

Worse ever. They paint a pretty picture but thats all it is. A fake heaven u'll never get to
They change your job duties with even a thought. Two day training for a whole department with new programs. Add multiple departments to your job list when only hired for one maybe two on busy days and all with out any raise in wage even during covid

Environnement de travail productif.
La direction est une équipe dynamique et professionnelle qui à un don pour choisir ses managers, superviseurs, etc. Lors d'erreurs, la réponse première des formateurs ou superviseurs est d'offrir une aide à l'aide de critiques constructives pour que l'erreur ne se reproduise plus.Management très à l'écoute de ses employés et horaire flexible. Je ne me suis jamais senti sous pression lorsque je demandais un congé pour maladie ou autre. Le management inspire un vouloir de se surpasser et donne les outils nécessaires pour le faire. Par exemple, des rencontres bi-mensuels où le superviseur prend soin de bien expliquer ce qui est à changer ou améliorer mais aussi prend bien soin de mettre en valeur les qualités que l'employé possède déjà.

Bel ambiance de travail
J’y suis resté peu de temps. Pour moi, l’ambiance et l’équipe était super! Le travail peu être difficile par moment mais les employés sont bien soutenue par l’équipe de gestion. Je recommande fortement à ceux qui sont habitué dans les centres d’appels.
