Feedback from Exit Interviews over the past few years indicates a generally positive culture that is team oriented and collaborative when crunch time comes to meet deadlines. We continually strive for better communication so everyone can be on the same path. Still some more work to do but seems to be improving.

It's funny and a classic how all the positive comments are from upper management (family) or best friends with.
The vibe in warehouse is nobody likes it there.People are just waiting for something new.
That's way this place has such a high turn over nobody likes it there.Very poor pay and even worse benefits.
Hardly any unless you're white.
I worked at the Edmonton branch for many years, the culture has become cliquey; when I was there it was tolerable and alot of people try to make you feel included...but there are definitely divisions, it becomes apparent the longer you work there.

If you don't work out of Head Office, you may as well be a talking sheep with no shepard.
