Horrible Management
Retail Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC5 July 2019
The management is a mess. They talk about what you're doing wrong behind your back, but don't tell you about it/tell you how you can improve. They can also be fairly snobby. The job itself is often mind-numbingly boring on slow days, when all you can really do is wander the clothing racks in circles. The hours are quite long for a clothing store (usually 8 hour shifts) and are quite inflexible if you're in school, as generally the only shift is from 10:45-7:00, so you can't really come to work after class.
Pros
nice coworkers
Cons
management sucks, boring job, minimum wage

Very fun and relaxing environment to work in. Keeps you on your feet and constantly engaging with a variety of customers. Many responsibilities which constantly keeps you busy.
