Very nice team, with clear goals and everybody is supporting each other to achieve the targets, with the continuous improvement mindset.using effective project management tools with clear responsibilities and due dates with clear management support, to successfully exceed the expected objectives

Loved this job to start then a new investment firm purchased the operation and it’s been all down hill. The good executives are out and the bad no food experience and it shows in. This week a week before Xmas 10 people gone. Many from key areas, people left hanging and no direction on how to move forward. Just a disaster.

Great place from which to hunt for something better

PRODUCTION WORKER (Former Employee) - Kitchener, ON - 7 May 2021

Co-workers are the absolute best.Management is stuck on policy -- nothing is negotiable unless it serves their purpose. Very little flexibility, complete inattention to staff requests, everything comes from the top down, no positive guidance from supervisory personnel, you get the idea. Equipment and facility could use an upgrade. GMP is tossed around as a concept but enforcement is lacking when issues are brought to attention.

Good company to work for. Good people, fair pay. Change over from Keybrand to Freshstone Brands and management is trying to make some positive changes in the Company.
