Low Pay
I can say one thing. STAY AWAY the training you receive is abysmal at best, you are constantly talked down to by your so-called “partners”. The people I got to work with were very nice. some of the management meant well but had no real leadership qualities.

A soul sucking place to work, you’re just a serial number at freshii. Would not recommend!!
If you want to be happy for a short period of time, apply at freshii! I was such a good employee, I went above and beyond for the company in the 3 months I worked there. I wish I got the same respect in return, they’re so quick to judge you and show no empathy for you as a human being. Please don’t waste your time, it’s not worth your mental health to be working in an environment like this. You’ll think you’re going somewhere and then they’ll take the opportunity away from you just like that. It’s truly unfortunate, but it’s their loss. There’s much better opportunities out there, good luck! :)

One of the better jobs I worked, great people
The very first thing I will say is my location was great at hiring the nicest people to work with. Kudos to you. Freshii was a standard food service job, so nothing too out of the box and crazy. Min-wage start, didn't stay long enough to warrant a raise so unsure if they did them. Perfect job for students or someone who wants to juggle two part time jobs. Reading other reviews I think I lucked out with my managers though. My only gripe was my colleagues and I had to put the pressure on management to get tips. Otherwise they were great. It wasn't very stressful at the location I worked at, but periodically you'd be by yourself and a large swarm of people would show up and complicate things. Especially bad when you needed to do prep. Closing was tedious but with the hours we had, we still had time to do things with our day. However the food was amazing, and felt good to make and even better to eat.

They give you an emailed document to go over. Make sure you know about the company ahead of time. Don’t call the store for an interview. During the interview they ask basic moral questions like If you found money on the ground what would you do, what kind of tree are you, etc.
