There is no job security and there is a lack if respect for team members.
No proper training on cooks.
There is an extremely high turnover rate making it near impossoble to have the team fully trained on every station (prep and line).

Poor Management and Tipping Policy

There is a general lack of organization and leadership. FOH coworkers were lovely but upper management doesn't know what they're doing.
A lot of unhappy employees, meaning a high turnover rate. No breaks on your shift because they are very busy and understaffed. Overly concerned with keeping hours down and cutting staff.
Training and on boarding experience was awful or rather nonexistent.
Tip pooling was the biggest problem though. Servers and Bartenders only see about 50% of their tips. A large percentage being used to pay the kitchen and hosts.
You have to work very hard for little compensation, not worth the effort.

Everyone at a in-house restaurant level is amazing, upper management is greedy and have a very loose idea of Employee Rights.
"Redistributed" tips instead of giving appropriate raises when minimum wage went up.
