All Rounder in production

should have a better evaluation on how will they give out raise and also to have a night differential.
overall, freshprep is a good company with a future waiting ahead. But, they only have a vision on how will they improve on what they see outside. I am proud that I am working here and making a great effort to improve what needs to improve. we have lots of incompetent people that needs replacement. As a worker of night crew, you will see the difference between morning and afternoon. I still encourage people to apply if they want to challenge themselves into a fast pace, and stressful environment.

A few members of management worked really hard. Others are never around. There is no real training. If you want to be promoted, sleep with your boss. Workplace culture is highly toxic as management ignores work place relationships.

The Vancouver factory is horrible.
The Fresh Prep factory in Vancouver houses the worst people ever. The supervisors are ALL incompetent but get paid much more than the average worker despite doing pretty much the same tasks. I busted my rear for this company for my first few months of working and all I've gotten in return was gradual mental degradation from people who make huge deals out of EVERYTHING. Corporate also screws you over hard. Everybody here will likely actively want to screw you over, except for a few of your fellow workers. The only redeemable part of this job is that you don't have to rush too much. Other than that, it's a horrible, toxic work environment and you should avoid it at all costs.

Its a job. Show up do work and get paid a little.
Dont bother to work as a contractor. The contract signed is designed so they can waste your time and not pay you for it.They will NOT honour any monies owed for time THEY waste. No integrity. No accountability.
