The work schedule changes with the increase of products. Long time to be updated on company information. New rules and system gets implemented with little to no warning. Lots of overtime if busy.

it is very cold and the management will treat you like garbage. the staff and coworkers are awesome, its like a family. you can work overtime whenever you want and they are understanding when you need personal days. overworked and underpaid

Don`t say you weren`t warned. Horrible conditions. Minimum pay for outrageous work. Constant standing. Breaks are over before they start. Freezing. Environment is not welcoming. You are treated like animals. Herded onto the floor.

Fast paced buy 40 hours of work is not guaranteed except holidays. There are days where they will send you home before lunchtime. No incentives and no benefits.
