Over the years this has been a good place to work. However as the company grew and evolved things change. Some for better, some for worse. Lately there has been minimal opportunity to advance.

They provide benefits for part time reps. They have excellent support systems in place. The pay is fair and they compensate with commission/bonuses. They also promote from within.

Freedom being a new company has a lot of focus on promoting from within. It is a great company to build a solid foundation with. There are some areas lacking in the training to new management roles. But upper management takes feedback fairly well and implements change in a relatively timely manner.
