I generally at my store at 9:30am and start with cash and inventory count and set up the system for daily operations. as the customers come I keep assisting them according to their need. they come for various enquiries such as new activations, hardware upgrade, bill payments, transfer of responsibility, technical assistance, and many more. at the end of the day I finally update the daily activation file, review the inventory and order if something needed.
I learnt to handle different kinds of people and manage store efficiently.
the most stressful part of the job is when there is a que of 7 to 8 customers and i am working alone so it becomes a little tricky to give everyone same attention.
the most enjoyable part of this job is getting along with variety of people from different community
