Very fast paced environment. Critical thinking is important as any particular issue can arise but its always reassuring that Helpful people are around to bounce ideas off of. A few of my duties involve: -Escalating reported issues to various departments -Training, Coaching, Motivating the team to provide exceptional customer service to clients -Providing technical assistance for Mobile end users. - Providing monthly performance reports on Team members and Monthly reports on escalated issues.
