A great way to earn more from sales commission but very limited potential for career growth. After few months of working, tasks become repetitive and boring.

Pros

Commission

Cons

Long hours

Retail Specialist

Great company to work for. Management is amazing, and always helpful. Commission based job, would highly recommend to build your own client base in order to do well in this job.

Fun place to work at.

The job is a great start if you are looking to go into sales career in the future. The benefits are amazing, even for the part timers. Depending on the location and your selling skills, you can make great commission!

Pros

commission, benefits

Cons

slow paced

A valuable lesson

This job taught me that HR is not there to protect or help you by any means, but there to protect the company. Also, to never take phone sales specialists advice at face value and to do a large amount of research before signing a contract.

Pros

Amazing benefits

Cons

Benefits did not cover the therapy I needed after this job

Amazing benefits, I cant think of a single thing that isn't covered - Decent pay only at cooperate stores

Chill job, fast pace, amazing benefits, very relaxed working environment there isnt much that will stress you out with the job you actually want it to be busy because of commission

Great place to work

Amazing place for a part time job or even a full time job. You'll get lots of downtime since theres really nothing to do during the day until there are customer in the store. Pay is a wage plus commission for selling phones/plans/accessories. Management was great, the only down side was that since there was a small staff, its difficult to get someone to cover for you.

Pros

Commission, relaxed environment

Cons

Hard to get people to cover a shift

Productive, challenging, and full of energy. A mature organization with the daily flow of a start up.

A great organization full of smart people with the energy of a start up.Everyone is helpful and eager to learn something new. A focus on continuous improvement, and doing the right thing for the customer and the organization.

Pros

Great Location. Great People. Great Culture

Cons

Not a software house. Challenging to anyone who is focused on a software career.

Great for beginners but not much potential if you are working in a small city.

Working for a dealership- The company is good, good management, always listens to their employees, issues are usually solved but there is not enough growth after you reach a certain level. The job is also not very safe these days as a lot of armed robberies are happening.

Pros

Relaxed Make your own schedule

Cons

Cannot advance after a while if you are working for a dealer

Nice company Bad management, Favourterism is rampant specially in Vancouver area

Its fantastic company with great work benefits, People are biased and favoritism is rampant, Your seniority or sales number and service in company don't matter when it comes to career advancement, Just the favorites to area manager matter the most, in seven months you can get promoted still being the lowest performer in the branch. Best company worst management

Pros

best benefits, easy to reach work place

Cons

Favoritism, No transparency, HR non existent, zero caching, biased management

Good place to work for part time

Might sometime get stressful because of slow walk in of customer, mainly it depends on which location of store you work for. Commission structure is pretty much but still depend on which location you are in , mostly they sell affordable do usually international new to Canada are potential buyers.

Good for part time

Average customer service / retail job. Some locations have a lot of down time. Others can be very busy. Job enjoyment may depend on your individual Store managers and relationships with staff. Had great managers. Others not so much.Hourly plus commission. Minimum wage Commission location dependent. But can be lucrative at a few of the top locations.

Fun place with great benefits

The atmosphere is different depending on the store you work at but overall it's good. The commission is really good depending on how good you are in sales and I've never had such a good benefits package from a job as of yet.

Fun workplace, meet new people

Customer service and sales position. Good commission structure but you still get paid base pay which is equivalent to the minimum wage. At times can be stressful if working alone.

Regretful

No potential for advancement, no flexibility, low wage due to high reliance on commission. Wage expectations set during interview are much higher than reality.

Pros

Employee Phone Plan, Discounted Internet

Cons

Inflexible, low wage, zero room for advancement.

Bad management not work life balance

Employees left due to new poor management team . Play rules , micromanaging, if you are looking for long term jobs I do not recommend you will freak out by their management team and upper boss.

Pros

Free mobile plans

Cons

Too many
