What would you suggest Freedom Mobile management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Not play favorites, communicate important info to all team members, communicate, coach, train, develop staff and manage, implement some kind of mental health awareness training for sups before legal issues arise because they're fairly oblivious and seem to see as threat to targets but have no issue with accommodating physical ailments apparently

  • Avoid long working hours and more incentives and benefits

  • Listen to employees concerns, fix systems they use and change policies for employees, better Human Resources, couselling on site as the call centre work environment is often stressful and negative. Re-open the windsor call centre and bring jobs back to Ontario where the majority of your customer base is

  • Raise wages, give small perks, set up an organizational structure with promotions etc in recognition of employee efforts.
