What would you suggest Freedom Mobile management do to prevent others from leaving?
Not play favorites, communicate important info to all team members, communicate, coach, train, develop staff and manage, implement some kind of mental health awareness training for sups before legal issues arise because they're fairly oblivious and seem to see as threat to targets but have no issue with accommodating physical ailments apparently
Poor ethics of management, no formal training, poor communications with no goal setting or planned work.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Freedom Mobile a better place to work?
Be fair. Approachable. Genuinely concerned, not just when they have a great sales week. Inspire and empower. Regular feedback for onboarding. Actual onboarding that's current and consistent.
