Not very understanding management.
The workload at the beginning is ridiculous. There's the expectation that you understand their system, familiarize yourself to the point of no mistakes, AND tackle the extra work your management has (most likely hired because management a lot on their plate) - all within your probation period.
Staying past schedule seems to be expected to complete - more... what's required for the day. (Fellow colleagues would not leave until 7:00 pm on a lot of days; despite having started at 8:00 am). Fail to do so and you fall behind and get blamed for inadequate performance.
Stress. Stress. STRESS! - less
ProsFree lunches, decent wage, benefits (if you make it...)
