  • Not a healthy envirnment. No windows. Employees work in extreme close parametres. Washrooms always dirty. Management expects you to work 7.5 hours infront of a computer. Benefits have declined.

  • The Management Implemented changes without asking the front line staff their input. I was constantly woken up at 6 am asked to start when I had worked till 10 pm the previous night. I was constantly bothered on my days off, they will work you for everything you have. Understaffed and the Care Aides are overworked. I was told by My Supervisor That this job was not the place for me. This Company lost a great Healthcare Assistant who loved her Clients. But they should look at treating their employees better. My coworkers were fantastic. My issues were with Management.

  • I want to grow my skills and knowledge, I feel stagnant.

  • Poor benefits and pay for leaders. Union staff have better benefits and better pay the leaders
