Fraser Health
Fraser Health Employee Review
Decent place to work, top tier needs work
Executive Assistant (Current Employee) - Surrey, BC - 14 September 2023
Worked here for 4 years, loved my teams at the lower levels but upper tier could work on kindness and communication. Some have been there too long and they could benefit from some younger and newer leaders. We are falling behind in some aspects while other worldly health care supersedes us. I tried voicing concerns when raises are few and far between for workers that go above and beyond. They pay poorly compared to how expensive BC is to live in. Many have moved to AB to live better lives, thinking to join them.

work life balance was good, management was ok. Not the best, some supervisors were clueless and assigned a team member to lead. Would recommend because your meet cool people

Nurse (Current Employee) - Surrey, BC - 29 October 2023
It has its ups and downs but overall, I’m happy to have a long term career here. Reasonable pay and good benefits. Options to develop and move away from shift work.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company? You work in a non stop busy environment, diverse cultures. You need to find ways to communicate efficiently and effectively.
