What is the best part of working at the company?My team, and colleagues are supportive and collaborative. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Frequent changes in leadership, and unaware middle management. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?My immediate team , supportive, engaged, and client and family centered. Leadership is often uninformed and unskilled for their role.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Interesting and sometimes challenging.

You work with an amazing team who always support you. Great managers! Great RCC and PCCs! Great coworkers! I ALWAYS loved to go to work. I enjoyed a lot working at ERM.

What is the best part of working at the company?Good Benefits and good co-workers.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Management is non-responsive and doesn't listen. Changes in policy are made quickly without thought about how it affects staff.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?High focus on communication and planning. Often people working late with no overtime. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Spending time organizing and planning and discussing with interdisciplinary staff. Sometimes my day changes a lot during planning. Going out to do patient care and charting
