Great when u drive for snow storm in plow but if no snow you have to wash trucks and do labour ie fix signs and pot holes but you might be the only one doing labour

the management in Barrie AMC is very poorly run and has no organization and no unbiased management . they also have no on the job training to speak of .most co-workers i found were helpful greatest part of the job was teaching myself to plow !

Working with the people at Fowlers was an overall enjoyable experience. The sometimes difficult work was more than worth the rewards. An overall good place to work. Wages could be worked on.

Snow Plow Operator (Former Employee) - Scarborough, ON - 15 January 2016

Very long days. My management was relaxed and understanding. Hardest part was to do 21 hours each snow fall. The most enjoyable part was that I got my own truck.
