What advice would you give the CEO of Fowler Construction about how to improve the company?

  • Spend more time meeting employees. Asking questions, be more front and center

  • Pay your employees more. I would work there but pay is too low

  • Due to Covid-19 not as easy to communicate to all employees, I would suggest to have a weekly/monthly update (newsletter/email?) to provide updates and guidance so all employees can see.
