I would put more energy into retaining long term employees. Offer better options for work / life balance.
Get rid of some of the employees that make puppies and don’t work and have better equipment for the mechanics
Implement a representative group of employees to help communicate issues from the 'field ' to the office.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
