Does Fowler Construction allow for flexible working hours? Or are the hours set?

Hours are set, yet flexible to accommodate needs.
The main shop has set hours for shifts. If an employee needs time off for an appointment it is never an issue.
Depends on the situation, but normally the hours are set because most operations will demand a specific time to start and finish according to the project`s schedule. I consider the long hours as a bonus since we are paid overtime and I see that as an awesome advantage. However, if you prefer fewer hours, you can always communicate with your supervisor and ask what they can do for you. Maybe there is a different operation that allows more flexible hours.
