Same role

poor management, micro-manage, high stress, redundant.

They expect you to go by a script pretty near word for word and don't really care if you solve customers issues as long as you follow the script and try to upsell them to a newer product which is more expensive and something they will be forced to do anyways leaves them angry and upset with you.

As a third-party call center for Rogers, it is No for future applicants

Very stressful with only 10 mins break of two in 8hr shift and 30 mins lunch break. Management not that great but the calls from Rogers are hectic as there is non stop calls and pay is not great either.

Non stop call center job

Purposefully short staff. If it's a slow day they will cut your hours. Was bounced between multiple campaigns and pay even LOWERED after 1st campaign.
