Foundever Employee Review
Relaxed workplace. Pay is okay but could be better
Customer Care Professional (Current Employee) - Canada - 20 September 2023
Got this job because I love customer service eventhough I am trained in IT and cybersecurity. I am working with the Rogers campaign. Hoping to get moved to more technical departments within Rogers sometime in the future. It was relatively easy to get religiously accommodated which for me was a dealbreaker. Management has your back along the way. I don't mind customers being mean to me on calls and it does not happen that often, which is good. Work from home means that I will not have to commute to work everyday during the cold winters here in Manitoba. Been with them for close to a year now and I am happy with the organizational structure. I never feel left behind without help on calls when I need it. The company is constantly evolving and I am sometimes scared when big changes occur but the changes so far have been positive. The only thing that would make me eventually leave would be if I don't get into a more technical role as I would love to work in IT sooner than later. But until then, I will keep doing what I am being paid for and see where that leads.
Pros
Work life balance 100%
Cons
No overtime but can collect shifts from others

Its a trap
Customer Care Agent (Former Employee) - Work from Home - 26 March 2023
Will give you the illusion of progression with the same pay rate, they will give you additional training/work with no compensation, i cant imagine alot of them working for 10 yrs with this pay rate. The "people services" sucks a**. Majority of the time you wont even get the answer you urgently need. You are force to get a target that is nearly impossible, and they will always blame you for not achieving it, like come on? But then again, try it, just come back here once you had enough. Cheers!
Pros
Work from home
Cons
Youll look 80 on your 20's

Misleading - do not trust.
Customer Care Specialist (Former Employee) - St. Catharines, ON - 23 February 2023
They will say anything to get you on the job… misleading about Benefits, Management Communication quality, and job security for your role.. you have to APPLY again to the company after one campaign ends, there is NO MOVING you to another campaign.. NO benefits or anything for contract employees - DO NOT BELIEVE OTHERWISE. This company has TERRIBLE training and ZERO accountability for management / coaches.. hard to get accurate information from ANYONE - they all say something different. They do not care about you AT ALL. Hide behind LIES to get you in the door and invested in the opportunity before you learn the full truth about the role- GET ALL INFO IN WRITING AND DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING… they will change expectations on the flip of a coin and blame their client… and also blame you for ‘misunderstanding’, never taking any responsibility whatsoever. They regularly schedule you for different shifts than you interviewed for- not the same schedule every week as promised. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Pros
WFH opportunity
Cons
Everything else.

Great Remote Position
Customer Care Agent (Current Employee) - Ontario - 3 November 2022
Typical day at work is to handle anywhere from 25-36 incoming calls with accommodating resolution strategies! It's still a sales job, however with no commission. The goal is to increase your Quality Assurance scores to be consistently above 80%.
