Engaging, and Fulfilling
CSR (Current Employee) - London Ontario - 24 April 2023
Featured review
Foundever selected this as a representative reviewI have been working with Foundever since just before the new year. Have been with them for 5 months or so, and have just really enjoyed my time. I can tell from what I see that people are expecting a job like this to be pretty laid back, considering this is a WFM experience. It gets challenging, especially during peak season. It's an easy job to learn, but hard to master, especially in my campaign. I have really enjoyed my time thus far, as critical thinking, and helping people is something that I've always enjoyed, and Foundever has given me the opportunity to do so on a daily basis. Management is top class. I can personally say that my direct supervisor has been an absolute blessing to me, especially with a worsening medical condition. If you want to laze around all day from home, this probably isn't going to be the job for you. There are high stress, challenging times that you need to be prepared for.
Pros
Management, Consistent Schedules, Sense of Accomplishment
Cons
Truly don't have any cons

1 May 2023Thanks very much for your balanced and honest review. We are glad the work from home experience has been a good one and that you have a great relationship with your leadership team. We believe the customer experience is the associate experience and our company culture is something we have worked hard on. Kim at Foundever
Great place to work
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Pembroke canada - 25 September 2023
I worked here for 2.5 years and it’s your typical call centre job with one exception when you needed to be off due to sickness or issues I found them flexible I went on loa and I had them check in send random gifts but a stickler for metric and no opportunity for advancement is why I left

Customer Care Professional (Current Employee) - Canada - 20 September 2023
Got this job because I love customer service eventhough I am trained in IT and cybersecurity. I am working with the Rogers campaign. Hoping to get moved to more technical departments within Rogers sometime in the future. It was relatively easy to get religiously accommodated which for me was a dealbreaker. Management has your back along the way. I don't mind customers being mean to me on calls and it does not happen that often, which is good. Work from home means that I will not have to commute to work everyday during the cold winters here in Manitoba. Been with them for close to a year now and I am happy with the organizational structure. I never feel left behind without help on calls when I need it. The company is constantly evolving and I am sometimes scared when big changes occur but the changes so far have been positive. The only thing that would make me eventually leave would be if I don't get into a more technical role as I would love to work in IT sooner than later. But until then, I will keep doing what I am being paid for and see where that leads.
Pros
Work life balance 100%
Cons
No overtime but can collect shifts from others

Ccr is a hard world, not everybody would enjoy it. This company do the average, nothing special, nothing so bad. You have to be lucky to be putted in a good project, for the right client.

Très peu payé par rapport à la quantité de travail demandé.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Ottawa, ON - 9 September 2023

Not a great place to work if rules bother you
Technical Support (Current Employee) - Canada - 29 August 2023
Company has various assisgnments, I am a call centre agent. I help people who have trouble with their cell phones which is something I enjoy as I am like technology. My Team Lead is great and understanding, however there was no contract or rules given before the job and now I am getting warnings and possible termination for stepping away to use the washroom, they give you an 8 hour shift with 1 ten minute break and 1 half hour meal, you cannot step away from your desk for more than 5 min per day to use the washroom. You also have to take the abuse from callers, however there is a script to follow before you can disconnect the call. The only benefit to this job is that it is a work at home job so no travelling and there are benefits after 3-6 months. Also if you like variety this is not the job for you, the job is more routine, but you do learn quicker this way

Great People, Great structure, constantly changing and reduction of hours
Customer Service Specialist (Current Employee) - Work from Home - 2 August 2023
I truly love working here, love the people and love the work. It is stressful and you deal with a lot but it's rewarding. Unfortunately hours are regularly reduced and changed. The pay is very low for the industry and the benefits are meh. It's the people and the environment that are attractive which is a shame because all they need is decent wages and benefits.

Worst Company I have ever come across!
Technical Support Representative (Former Employee) - Work from Home - 14 July 2023
Avoid this company in every way possible, or just have a second job because they don’t care about no one. They pay soo little and expect soo much from you! They easily lay off their workers and won’t even let you know. Worst company ever just avoid if you’re seeing this there are better companies to work for who actually care about their employees and are not just saying it by mouth they show actions!
Pros
Nothing at all
Cons
Everything from the name of the company to when you leave the company
