Great place to work
I worked here for 2.5 years and it’s your typical call centre job with one exception when you needed to be off due to sickness or issues I found them flexible I went on loa and I had them check in send random gifts but a stickler for metric and no opportunity for advancement is why I left

Relaxed workplace. Pay is okay but could be better
Got this job because I love customer service eventhough I am trained in IT and cybersecurity. I am working with the Rogers campaign. Hoping to get moved to more technical departments within Rogers sometime in the future. It was relatively easy to get religiously accommodated which for me was a dealbreaker.
