The people who advance are the back side kissing, yes people. If you are willing to place your integrity on the shelve, you will fit right in. They coerce loyalty and punish challenging the status quo. Disjointed union with no solidarity leading to members reporting and backstabbing on each other. Always Promised the moon
To many people in human resources, can't get any answers from management /hr in regards to wanting to excel into a different department. To much chitter chatter on the floor, gossip rumours the whole deal. Should be paid better to deal with very difficult customers. They take advantage of keeping you on temp working contracts. The best part of that job was leaving for the day.What would you say about your employer?
