Satisfactory

Fortis is not a bad place to work however it has some challenges. The office setup is excellent, people are friendly. You must prepare yourself for short-term work as they hire project-based resources and let them go at the end. If you get hired as an employee it is a different story. You will get considerably low compared to project staff however will have higher job security.

mentally exhausting

they care more about customer experience than the employee, your a workhorse who gets yelled at constantly and never given support. Speak up and get told to look for other jobs instead of looking at the issues occurring in-house. new hires every week that barely survive training but management still doesn’t care

Missing communication, lower pay, good place to work, but the lower level jobs do not enjoy similar benefits as the management. No opportunities to work remote on lower levels

Available daily task, great management, balanced work life culture, free lunch every now and then. I don't think there's a hard part of the job.I highly recommend.

Already work place

Very stressful work environment and very draining. If u are ready to get screamed at for 8 hours by customers then this is your job if u cant handle that then maybe find a different job. Nice staff overall
