What advice would you give the CEO of Fortinos about how to improve the company?
CEO and management, stop acting like you are better than you’re employees. You were all obnoxious and treated everyone like they were idiots and don’t know have to lift a box. Be happy that you make so much money, and stop acting like you have to be rude and ignorant to assert dominance.
This was one of my issues - union requires a pay increase of .5 cents every 800 hours you put in - woo hoo - a whopping ol nickel
At the time of my employment (2015-2019) they offered 50% a Goodlife gym membership (they no longer offer 50%), union is a huge perk and debatable on the flexibility of hours
