Scrub leads, make calls, motivate self due to lack of leadership and maintain ever growing targets
Business Development Rep (Current Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 16 October 2017
Typical days would involve scrubbing leads and making calls and sending emails. Booking a sale whenever possible. I learned to self motivate as there is a lack of leadership in my position (BDR) Hardest part of the job would be keeping pace with the ever growing targets and lack of listening from management. Best part of the job is working at your own pace (as long as you maintain targets, there aren't any questions)
Good place to work. Good benefits and salary and great product
Business Development Executive (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 20 April 2016
Work at home. So can be challenging. Rest of the time travelling in the GTA to meet customers. Management is remote. hardest part of the job is working at home. Most enjoyable is finding and closing new customers.
Exciting technology company in a very fast growing feid

Fortinet has also proved to be a market leader or near the top. Started as a very foreign company but has grown to take on all the attributes of a North American modeled firm
