Pros: - Good place to work - good work life balance - They give a good stock grant - Stable industry - Expanding a lot - Good benefits - Easy to relocate to the US Cons - Poor People management. - English is hardly spoken inside - Cheeky recruiters (& HR) will do their best to hire you at a lower salary - No diversity here at all, 80% Chinese, 20% "gangs" based on nationality - They don't separate technical leadership from people management, and the result is a boring work culture
It's a good place to work. Have lots of clubs to join. The jobs are very challenged and grow with other coworkers. There is stock options for the top people.
I worked in TAC for 5 years, for a beginner it's a very good fit. However, management needs to understand many problems from engineer's point of view. It's a high pressure job/
Good benefits and challenging work. Free Coffee and tea, nice facilities with plenty of parking space. Lots of perks, you will have to get a job there to find out for yourself, you will be awed, I promise. Oh, just one more thing, complementary breakfast every Friday:)
Fortinet is a great place to start your career. It's a solid company with big support to employees for internal growth and promotion. Processes and systems are designed to make your work easier and finish projects quickly.
Fortinet is a great place to work. It's a very face paced and rapidly growing so there's always room for advancement. Employee engagement still has to be worked on but great culture overall.

You get to work with amazing people, the team work is great, compensation and benefits are really good,. You will certainly learn a lot and gain valuable experience.
Fortinet is a great company with a dynamic culture. The company offers a set of products that are both very strong competitively and intuitively easy to use.
The most enjoyable part of my job was to solve complex problems, you're provided plenty of support and you will learn a lot in a short period of time..
Pros
Great place to work
Cons
none
I have been working for over eight years. People and technology are excellent. However, at the CEO & CTO has no vision, to control, cause management to be yes men.
Until CEO & CTO is replaced this company will ever be a true class.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Typical days would involve scrubbing leads and making calls and sending emails. Booking a sale whenever possible.
I learned to self motivate as there is a lack of leadership in my position (BDR)
Hardest part of the job would be keeping pace with the ever growing targets and lack of listening from management.
Best part of the job is working at your own pace (as long as you maintain targets, there aren't any questions)
Pros
Bagel Friday's, work at your own pace
Cons
lack of management/leadership
Management is very nice about the deadline. Stress-free environment. Salary is a bit issue. Flexible work hours. The hardest part is to communicate with other teams
Master knowledge of IP networking security.
Learn as you go.
Fast paced and self-directed work.
Collaborative team environment with colleagues.
Flexibility to work from home.
Although a lack of marketing hinders brand awareness, excellent products more than make up for this.
Company benefits are quite good, and very competitive with the rest of the industry
Good place to gain work experience and knowledge, sometimes the workload and stress can be high to achieve the targets, management is usually supportive in most cases. Good friendly workplace culture.
Pros
knowledge gaining, friendly workplace culture
Cons
stressful work
Productive but not so fun work place;
Very stressful, some times assignment not so reasonable.
Has lots of clubs, which is a good thing.
Work at home. So can be challenging. Rest of the time travelling in the GTA to meet customers. Management is remote. hardest part of the job is working at home. Most enjoyable is finding and closing new customers.
Fortinet has a dizzying arrangement of products and services. It is a daunting task to keep track of all of the features on just one product, let alone the entire product line they provide.
No cohesive long term business plans. Company grew to fast with no strategy. Will be acquired in the future by a larger industry competitor.
- Fortinet is the great place to work and at same time enhance your learning everyday as you learn something new everyday.
- Great co workers
