The management should have atleast some sort of experience. I worked under NPI management, absolutely no skills or assertiveness. Her incompetence destroyed my career as she didn't have enough confidence to protect her team from an abusive team member.
Change work culture and ask managers to talk to employees about their problems , dictatorship should go
