Executive Director of Administration (Former Employee) –  Fort Nelson, BC2 November 2018
Management was knowledgeable and helpful. Attentive to their duties and passionate about their performance. The locale was nestled in B.C.'s northern forest. Full of natural beauty and close to many amenities.

Extended health, and dental benefits, paid vacation and statutory holidays.

Overall a Good Place to Work
Clerk to Council (Former Employee) –  Fort Nelson, BC9 May 2017
The work life balance is great! They truly understand the importance of family. The organizational behaviour isn't ideal but they're working on it. I enjoyed my time working at this Nation!

Communications / Events Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Fort Nelson, BC17 February 2017
Always opportunities to learn and get involved. Work hours were great with an hour lunch. Fairly decent benefits and time off at Christmas. The pay has gotten better since there is no wage freeze and has been updated to be competitive with other workplaces.
Pros
hours of work
Cons
poor management
