Doesn’t favour locals
They rather train Alberta residence then locals & its hard to get on as a local . pour Managements & seems like all they’re friends & family gets picked for jobs over locals . No room to growth .Alright pay, But no OT . bussing is terrible and unorganized. people from terrace have been getting ripped off for the past 3 years from bussing also very time consuming .not union strong . It’s more like a CLAC job . Very cheap. They run on fumes . doesn’t pay for all your time on site. Never worked on a site like this. Excavator Operator in Kitimat, BC

Fluor management has their favorite employees. If you are not one of those you will be the first to be let go no matter what your productivity is.
Go to your cubicle log on and go to work Management is very business motivated, underestimate to get then go back for more when they fall behind schedule. Team members were great and very supportive. Dealing with indecisive management is difficult. Working together with all disciplines is always enjoyableGeneral Labourer in Kitimat, BC
