Mostly just talking to a lot of people, at times it can be a big pain if you don't know how to defuse a situation. Usually when people ask for the square-footage but what they don't understand is that the counters are all custom and that we explain the labour price during the consultation. I personally think it is a joy to work with my co-workers and everyone who even installs the counters. One of my favourite jobs as of yet.

New opportunities to better your career. Instead of staying in one position for numerous years, if you ask about new opportunities they will most likely help you out.

Answered

Nope, they just have a very lengthy and friendly interview and usually a couple days to try the position out. If not, it is a no harm no foul.

Just be very open an honest, be yourself and let all your quarkiness fly. I have Asperger's and yet I got the job and have been with them since November going on to May. Solid 6 months and the manager asked me to apply for the in home consultants job!
Now during the job, be very open and try and be as nice as possible since being rude behind their backs makes no problem you have go away. Honest honest honest. :)
